This is beneficial both for the individual and for the business as helping our people take greater responsibility for their health and wellbeing also improves productivity and creativity.
As ‘wellbeing’ means different things for different people, our leaders play a critical role in supporting the wellbeing of their teams. Through coaching, our leaders are helping individuals develop and achieve personal wellbeing action plans.
A number of sites offer glucose (diabetic) testing, blood pressure checks, cholesterol testing and smoke free support if requested. These are in addition to our existing wellness initiatives that include flu vaccinations and the availability of personal trainers at major sites to help provide gym instruction.
