Our remuneration strategy ensures that individuals are paid in the third quartile or above for the industry. By doing so, we reward good behaviours and results that add value. Our part-time people receive the same entitlements as full-time people, on a pro-rata basis.
 
Our people are well paid in comparison to their peers in comparable roles and well above the minimum wage set out in any applicable Industrial Awards.
 
Our people have the opportunity to participate in an annual achievement review that rewards performance based on their behaviours and results.

Over 90% of our permanent team
members also participate in a bonus scheme which recognises the achievements of our people and provides an opportunity to share in the success of Lion Nathan.
 
The bonus scheme is values based, demonstrating our commitment to achieve together through shared team bonus goals and our commitment to acting with integrity through transparent bonus achievement levels and agreed goals. We also issue people who join our business with free Lion Nathan shares in their first year, as a way of supporting engagement and building a sense of connection to shared goals.
